FLAT TIRES- For ALL electric scooters. No matter the brand, model or size. Please note that your tires will be converted to a SOLID tire rather than a tire that relies on air. SOLID tires will never go flat unlike inner tube tires. Non-negotiable (unless your tire size is a 10x3 or larger). 

We fully service ALL repair types on the following brands: GoTrax, Ninebot, HiBoy, Segway, TurboAnt, EMove, NIU, Apollo, INOKIM Levy, Xiomi, Mi 365, Swagtron, Varla, Dualtron, Aovopro, Zero 10, and all scooters with Fluid Free Ride.

OUR PROCESS

 

1. Bring us your electric scooter to our store at

1012 14th Street NW Washington, DC 20005.

You may need to leave your electric scooter with us.

2. Our certified mechanics will give a FULL diagnosis of your scooter, including what you said needs to be repaired along with our professional opinion for your scooter safety and longevity. We will contact you with the Mechanics findings.

 

3. We will not begin the repair until you, the customer, AGREES to the Labor and Parts cost. If not, please pick up your scooter.

**CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT ORDER ANY PARTS UNLESS YOUR SCOOTER IS UNDER WARRANTY. BRINGING US THE INCORRECT PART(S) WILL DELAY YOUR REPAIR**

 

4. You will receive a text message when your scooter is ready for pick-it.

**Please be advised that once we contact you that your scooter is either ready for pick up or cannot be repaired...you have 14 days, from that point, to pick it up or WE WILL dispose of it (properly) on your behalf at no charge. All electric scooters must be recycled in a specific way to ensure no damage to the environment. Once the scooter is in the possession of the customer and taken off of our property/premises, the responsibility (for any issues) is on the customer. We ONLY repair what was originally asked by the customer. It is in the customers best interest to test ride it before vacating from us.**
